ROLE

  • Create and update clients, projects and tasks in resource system. Ensure the system is accurate always and inactive projects and tasks are closed.
  • Update project estimates in resource system.
  • Chase timesheet submissions and approvals.
  • Perform time reallocations in Resource system and finance system.
  • Set up and maintain employee details and movements, for example new employees and promotions.
  • Promote and support the resource system across the agency.
  • Export time from resource and financial system on daily basis.
  • Assist resource manager with ad-hoc queries.
