Legal/ Finance Assistant

A leading Occupational Psychology Consultancy are looking for a Legal/ Finance Assistant to an inspirational and very busy Financial Director. This is a newly created Legal/ Finance Assistant role and the position would suit an experienced candidate who appreciates directness, loves having an insight into the business and interacting with stakeholders. This is a very involved role Legal/ Finance Assistant position. The FD is incredibly hard working and needs someone who can set boundaries for her (without her realising) whilst being fun, engaging and enjoyable to work with.


This role will require someone who has experience supporting an FD or similar, as there will be a requirement to review and handle contracts, MSAs and GDPR related queries and actions on FD's behalf.


The Legal/ Finance Assistant role pays up to £40-42,000.


Legal/ Finance Assistant duties:

Customer Contracts
Acting as a key interface between clients and the Finance Director, providing support and confidence in the negotiation and review process of customer contracts.


GDPR Responses
Manage client GDPR responses: answering their data security questionnaires and working collaboratively with the relative departments in YSC.
Managing the log of the client responses and GDPR database.


Inbox & Diary Management
Excellent, proactive diary management, acting as the gatekeeper of the FD's diary. Working flexibly and creatively with the diary where appropriate to ensure the executive can be available for strategic clients, re-prioritising activities as appropriate and effectively allocate their time.


Administration
Attending meetings (internal and external) where necessary to minute, monitor and take actions.
Tracking, monitoring and reporting.
