Recruitment and Development team on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include assisting with all recruiting and development efforts for new attorneys (i.e. lateral partners and associates) and the summer associate programme, corresponding with incoming applicants, recruitment agencies and interviewers to schedule interview dates and times, coordinates information for applicant and interviewer, and collates feedback for partner review, receives, routes, and forwards resumes for review by appropriate individuals, coordinating the profiles and status of all recruitment activity in the recruitment management system, ensuring that files are opened and applicants are entered into the recruitment management system, assisting with offer administration, including contracts of employment and the initiation and monitoring of conflicts and background checks, assisting with the onboarding of new attorneys, including uploading candidates to and monitoring the onboarding portal and liaising with new attorneys, regularly engages with legal recruiting agencies and assists with the coordination of new agency fee agreements when required.  Other duties include assisting with relocations, ensuring housing, flights and other items are arranged as required, assisting with UK immigration applications and compliance, including resident labour market tests and communication with immigration counsel, assists with the administration of lateral partner recruitment, arranging interviews for lateral partner candidates, including candidates’ travel arrangements when required, assisting with the administration of the US summer associate recruitment process, providing administrative assistance for attorneys transferring between London and other offices as required, providing administrative support to the Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinators with all phases of the graduate recruitment and development cycle.  Candidates must have previous law firm experience, ideally within a recruitment assistant role. Candidates must have strong written, communication and organisational skills along with a team playing attitude.
