HR Manager (Advertising)

HR manager needed ASAP for our client, a brilliant top 10 advertising agency in Central London.

**Must have proven experience with TUPE, redundancies and restructure and ER**

Whilst previous ad agency experience is not necessary, you will need to understand working within a creative atmosphere and with creative people!

This role is reporting into the Head of HR within a small team of 4.

Job Duties:

• Liaising with Senior Management on all HR/People issues and advising accordingly
• Leading HR projects
• Training of managers and employees on systems
• Assisting Head of HR with reporting
• Monthly reporting to senior management
• Management of investigations/disciplinaries
• Advising on performance management and reviews
• Keeping the management team up to date on new policies and procedures 
• General HR Manager related duties

Skills and Attributes

• A love of working within the creative sector as an HR Manager
• Personable, approachable and discreet 
• Generalist HR experience
• Experience with HR systems
• Advanced Excel essential
• Experience of TUPE, redundancies and restructure
• Experience with Senior Management
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
