A fun Award winning Creative Agency in London are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant, who is full of life to join their house of fun. This is an agency who fuse creativity with technology to deliver extraordinary live events and digital experiences around the world to an impressive back catalogue of clients.
In this role you will act as the ambassador for the agency and you must be someone who adopts a hands on approach to get stuck in and help others.
Your day to day will certainly be varied and duties will include:
- You will be the "face of the agency" providing a reception service which delivers a professional and welcoming first impression of the company.
- Duties include: receiving visitors, answering the phone/relaying messages, preparing meeting rooms, making refreshments for visitors, keeping the visitors book up to date, reserving car park spaces and dealing with incoming & outgoing
- Oversee desk planning & meeting room bookings each day for both sites
- Maintain central calendars
- Proactively manage and coordinate meeting room bookings for Hertford and London
- Update and distribute internal and freelance contact lists regularly
- Help with Culture Club activation's
- Responsibility for consumables
- Maintain the key register for both offices
- Ad - hoc help to Video Team, Creative Team and Client Services Team (Dependent on where your skills lie)
- Conduct Health & Safety inductions for freelancers
- Conduct weekly fire alarm testing
There is huge scope to take this role in different directions, you may be a graduate looking for an entry level role or you may be someone who is looking to enter the creative industry and perhaps get involved with the creative team or video team further down the line.
This is a great opportunity for someone with gravitas who will take ownership of their responsibilities, who is unflappable and works with a sense of urgency, whilst having fun at the same time. They need someone who has the attitude that no job is too small and who will be a ray of sunshine in the office.
You need to be able to communicate will people at all levels and be someone who knows when to push back and make sure things get done.
Ideally, you will have a degree in Events, Media, the Arts or Social Sciences. Previous is experience is preferred, though a positive attitude is paramount.
The hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm.
Salary is up to £22,000.
