A global leader in the technology and online industry is looking for a Training Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for coordinating the end to end training schedule and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the regional training schedule and daily training operations
  • Coordinating mass course enrolments and manage automatic enrolments to required courses
  • Building and managing training dashboards for regional visibility into team performance
  • Managing incoming training requests, collating, and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Maintaining ongoing regional and global training calendar along with relevant LMS entries
  • Collaborating with global coordinators to resource trainings with rooms and facilitators
  • Coordinating scheduling training classes with centralised logistics team
  • Building and deploying verbal, written and in-person communications around training programs
  • Finding and engaging trainers, facilitators, instructors, SMEs to build a learning community
  • Serving as event POC for attendees and facilitators, either primary or backup
  • Managing event attendance and drive timely start and completion of programs
  • Managing training attendee communications proactively and reactively
  • Supporting pre-training activities, including assistance with travel logistics and information
  • Troubleshooting and answering technical ticket issues for online courses deployed through LMS

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Experience and expertise in training coordination and project management
  • Expertise in complex regional events to facilitate coordination across geos and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and projects independently
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate organisational-wide communications
  • Flexibility and able to make quick adjustments when unexpected changes arise
  • Juggle various training work streams simultaneously with keen attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch-in
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
