7am to 3pm Daytime Document Production Specialist at US Law Firm, to £43,500

Growing US law firm based in stunning City offices, is looking to recruit a Document Production Specialist to provide complex and technical document support to the fee earners and legal PAs across all practice groups, working the hours 7.00am to 3.00pm.  Duties will include creating and amending large, complex legal documents, updating pitch materials, handling track changed and multi versioned documents, workflow supervision, updating spreadsheets when necessary, covering the secretarial desk when absences occur, general administrative tasks and any other ad hoc duties when required.  Candidates should have significant document production expertise and be highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional and document management systems.  Applicants should also have experience of working autimously and have the ability to assist fee earners they have not been allocated to.
