Client Account Adviser - 'Big Four' Financial Services firm

One of the 'Big Four’ Financial Services firms is seeking a Client Account Adviser to join a financial regulation project.

This is a challenging and autonomous role, where you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving high volume client account queries, within a fast paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with an established Financial Services firm and utilise your communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to high volume client queries via telephone and written correspondence.
• Investigate and resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex queries, as appropriate.
• Navigate multiple in-house systems, to record and maintain account details and information.
• Produce reports.
• Liaise with senior managers.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree is desirable.
• Telephony/customer service experience.
• IT Proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous paralegal/case work or Financial Services experience is desirable.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive.
• Organised.
• Team player.

This is an immediate full time three month contract opportunity (scope to extend).

Standard working hours, based in Crawley. Full training is provided.
