HR Administrator

We are currently searching for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join our client on a temporary basis initially for 3 weeks, whilst they recruit permanently. This could therefore be a fantastic permanent opportunity for the right candidate!

Where will you be working?

Their office location is around Tower Hill.

Their focus is on training, research, quality and advice for its vast member base in the health care sector. They are an academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the U.

What the role will consist of?

To provide full administrative support to the HR team ensuring strict confidentiality at all times. This will include:

  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Provide accurate data and reports for line managers and HR including reporting
  • Administer and assist all aspects of the recruitment function
  • Processing of purchase orders and invoices
  • Booking in interviews, training
  • Prepare contracts of employment and offers letters
  • Assist with HR projects as required
  • Responsible for administrative changes to procedures and policies
  • Assist with the booking of training and monitoring training evaluation forms
  • General ad hoc duties; filling, scanning.

What the successful candidate will look like?

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Understanding of HR processes; services & HR systems
  • Commitment to deliver exceptional levels of client service for colleagues and clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Desirable; CIPD Qualification or equivalent qualification.
