HR Associate

We are currently recruiting for someone with with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to join the HR team of this company.

Suitable candidates for this role will have at least 2 years’ previous commercial and business experience; ideally from within a professional services or banking environment but this is not a prerequisite. Neither must someone have previous HR experience.

We are looking for someone who has commercial acumen and knowledge of the structure of a matrix organisation or at least a very big organisation.

Your role will be to review and analyse the strategic sourcing agreements and contracts currently in place and to then present findings to senior stakeholders.

Candidates should have a good working knowledge of Excel and be able to produce and analyse reports within Excel and other software.

This is a unique opportunity for someone keen to work in an analytical role but also one with autonomy and responsibility.

There is a chance that this contract could become a permanent role.
