Global law firm have a vacancy for a HR Recruitment Coordinator to work within a busy, yet very friendly, HR Recruitment team.
The recruitment team manages the marketing and attraction, selection and assessment and the offer process for all candidates. You will be working as part of a large, highly regarded an award winning department, providing comprehensive HR administrative coordination and supporting the full recruitment process. You will work within a very supportive team providing efficient and varied support. The role is an initial 12 month contract and candidates should be available within about 2 week notice:
- Assisting with the organisation of internal recruitment events, including responsibility for room bookings, catering requests etc.
- Processing of all candidate expense claims, teams expense claims and invoices
- Scheduling interviews with conflicting diaries and being able to use initiative to provide solutions
- Daily management of the recruitment mailbox – responding directly to queries and escalating cases where appropriate
- Daily monitoring of the recruitment candidate phone line
- Advertising roles, scoring candidates assessments, maintaining online job boards and compiling recruitment packs
- Processing of applications, with escalation to the specialists as appropriate
- Preparation of all related paperwork for assessment days
- Providing support on assessment days as required
- Applicant Tracking System, data entry, record updating and creation of offer packs
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required
Skills and Qualifications
You will be an experienced Administrator / Coordinator who has gained solid corporate experience working within a busy support role. This is a fast paced environment that will fully utilise your ability to use your initiative, ‘think on your feet’ and will offer the potential to develop within the large HR team.
Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
