Office Administrator wanted for a well known luxury travel company!

I am looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy Office in South West London. If you want a busy varied role with an amazing and friendly team then this is the role for you. This role will report to the Peoples Operations Manager and help support the HR team.

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing the London Office, and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks from the HR Team

  • Manage facilities, ensure all public areas are tidy, manage all stock, purchase office supplies etc
  • Ensure health and safety is renewed annually and adhered to.
  • Office Administration
  • Meet and greet clients and guests
  • Ad hoc HR admin

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain office based experience in a large and well known luxury travel company.

The Ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent; however, this is not essential. It would also be beneficial for them to have worked in a similar role or have office based experience. Someone who has an energetic attitude towards work, and described by others as unflappable would do well in this role.
