Float Assistant - Canary Wharf - £17-£20ph
Huge Global Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf is looking for an experienced Float Assistant to join their sales and trading department.
This is a demanding and pressurised but equally rewarding environment to be working in, an exciting opportunity to boost your career.
With beautiful, corporate offices you will find amenities such as hairdressers, gym and canteens on site.
Hours will vary between 7 - 6pm dependant on which desk requires support.
Float Assistants duties will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Extensive travel
- Visa arrangements
- Room bookings
- Invoice management
- Expense management
The successful candidate will:
- Show willing and flexibility
- Show the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable communication style
