Fantastic graduate/school leaver opportunity working for a leading luxury travel brand based in sociable and creative feel offices in Central London.
We are looking for a bright school leaver or graduate who is looking for their first permanent job in London. As the People and Office Administrator you will be reporting into the Operations Manager overseeing the day to day running of their stunning London HQ!
Based in an open plan office you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with diary management, meeting and greeting guests, organising socials and events, setting up new starters, and processing supplier invoices. You will also be ensuring that the office is fully stocked and running smoothly.
There will also be the opportunity to provide project support to recruitment drives and events so this is a great chance for someone looking to get into HR potentially long term to start building knowledge and skill set within this arena.
We are looking for a bright school leaver or graduate who has a diligent and team focused approach to work. Ideally you will have gained some admin experience during your studies or demonstrated your work ethic in some capacity for example hospitality work.
