Global Fortune backed Health Care company is looking for a Executive Assistant to come on board to provide effective and essential business support to the Chief Medical Officer and the General Council. This position will suit someone who has excellent diary management skills as the diaries are very complex and booking international travel arrangements across various time zones for a number of trips abroad.
We are looking for:
3+ years experience in a EA/PA role where Diary Management and Travel Booking were your main focus.
Minute taking or note taking experience as this is required in meetings held in London
Booking meetings on and off site for various meetings or events
Comfortable liaising with all levels of staff on the phone or face to face
Preparing documentation for meetings and presentations using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
What you will be doing?
You will liaise with the companies chosen travel providers to ensure all travel is booked, rearranged, rescheduled and on track for the heads you will be supporting.
You will get involved in very complex travel bookings so experience across multiple time-zones is essential.
Booking meetings on and off site including events and dinner arrangements etc.
Expenses processing on Concur
Taking action points in the meetings
Filing of sensitive and confidential documentation
Your background:
Degree educated
Computer literate using all MS office programs
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
Team player s you will liaise with the teams across the various countries they are based in
Flexibility and adaptability
Proactive and reactive
Someone who is unflappable under pressure
