Have you Reception and Switchboard experience in a professional, Legal or Corporate Company? Are you looking for a new challenge in which you can learn more about working in the Legal World?
This leading Barristers Chambers is looking for a well presented, clearly spoken Receptionist to work with a colleague and ensure everything is neat and tidy and everyone is looked after professionally.
You will:
- Meet and Greet
- Answer the phones and ensure all calls are directed efficiently
- Set up conference and seminar rooms and, when the catering assistant is away, serve refreshments
Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm or 900am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
