£25k - £35k per annum

The role is a permanent hire, to work full time Monday-Friday. As a business, we have an excellent track record of retaining staff and offer progression and self-development.

This PA role is to the Director of Consulting and a team of field-based consultants. Based in the London office with occasional travel to our client bases (UK travel only).

Responsibilities of the PA 

• Diary Management: for the Director of Consulting (DOC) and a team of field-based consultants.

• General Admin Duties

• To schedule and arrange meetings

• Organising travel & hotel booking

• Answering the phone

• Organise events

• Monthly expenses

• Setting up new processes to efficiently support the DOC

• Reporting monthly analytics across the company

• To be responsible for all Terms and Conditions and Contracts sent on behalf of assigned Consultants

• Being the main point of contact for all clients and consultants

• Attending meetings with the DOC and taking minutes/notes when needed

• To be responsible for all placement forms and liaising with accounts on Interim placement for assigned Consultants

• To report financial and compliance update during weekly team meetings.
