Senior PA & Asset Manager

A progressive property investment and development company in the West End is seeking a Senior PA and Asset Manager.  The PA element of this role will be providing support to the CEO and Operations Director.  Responsibilities will include arranging meetings and travel, document production- including reports, board packs, general correspondence, minute taking (short-hand or on a laptop as preferred), ordering supplies and equipment, and personal support to the CEO.  As Asset Manager, you will be regularly liaising with appointed Agents and agreeing actions relating to all areas of property management (building and tenant issues, rent and service charge matters etc.), writing quarterly board reports and co-ordinating Marketing and PR in relation to developments. In addition, there will be small ad-hoc projects to assist the CEO.

The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible, calm and confident, highly efficient, pro-active and able to anticipate needs and think on their feet.  You must be open to change, able to prioritise, understand the need for confidentiality and discretion and enjoy working in a small office environment, although the company is based in lovely shared offices, so there are opportunities for wider social interaction.  In addition to proven PA experience at Senior level, previous commercial asset management experience is preferred for the asset management side of the role, or a thorough knowledge of this type of work gained from experience in a commercial property environment and keenness and willingness to learn and be mentored.
