Are you a senior EA with strong C-Suite level experience from within the creative world? Do you have a genuine interest and passion for tech and the digital world? My client, an industry leader in creative Tech and AI world, are looking for a top class, C-Suite level EA to join their rapidly expanding team.
This very senior role requires a candidate who is adept at dealing with conflicting priorities and managing someone’s time effectively. The COO needs a real right hand person to work in partnership with and would really benefit from someone with the confidence to manage up in a personable way. This role is extremely busy so we are looking for a seasoned EA who will take ever-changing and complex scenarios in their stride.
On a daily basis you will co-ordinate complex diaries for meetings, organise interviews, set up conference calls and appointments across numerous time zones and on behalf of multiple people, arrange domestic and international travel, assist with large scale projects and support with private PA duties.
The ideal candidate have 7+ years’ experience as an EA. We are looking for someone who is increidbly trust worthy, loyal and is looking for a company to stay for the long term. A genuine interest in Tech/AI is an advantage.
