French Speaking Personal Assistant 

Canary Wharf 

Initial 6 Month Contract - £23 per hour 

Our leading named banking client have an urgent need for a French Speaking Personal Assistant to provide seamless assistance to the Head of Global Markets. The role will be for an initial 6-month contract with the opportunity for extension and development. The desired applicant would have had a strong expose to the banking industry and have supported at Senior level previously. It is an essential requirement to be fluent in both English and French with the ability to translate both written and verbally. 

Duties: 

  • Diary Management
  • Travel organisation; internationally and domestically
  • Arranging board meetings
  • Formatting and preparing documentation translating when necessary
  • Minute taking when required
  • Liaising with senior members in both French and English 
  • Collating and processing expenses
  • Ad-hoc executive support when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working within the banking industry  
  • Fluent in French and English both written and verbally 
  • Experience supporting at senior board level essential
  • Minimum GCSE education
  • Advance knowledge of all Microsoft offices
  • Confident liaising professionally and appropriately with high level of clients
  • Excellent attention to detail
