This role will see you working for an amazing, industry leading digital media company.
As EA to the COO you will have a dual role. On the business side you will be required to orchestrate advanced and technical business contracts. So, an eye for detail and a good common sense approach is key. You will be dealing with internal and external demands as well as organising key events, monthly board meetings and away days.
Standard EA requirements such as expenses and diary management are combined with more sophisticated and intelligent necessities that will require your ability to think out of the box and present multi option solutions.
This COO is in need of an accomplished and proven EA at the top of their game to also look after her personal life. With properties in Central London and the home counties you will also be charged with providing a seamless service looking after cars, bills and everything that will enable her to deliver a first class service in her demanding role.
This individual is driven, positive, consistent and caring. She is very much hands on and dynamic. She speaks seven languages and has meticulous high standards. She is looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, is affable to being contacted outside of office hours and will be a solutions’ orientated person who can be forward thinking and ready to go the extra mile.
This position is based on multi sites. Barnet, Old Street and at her residences which are in Hertfordshire and Central London so a positive and resilient attitude is a pre-requisite.
Whilst this is initially offered as a three day a week position (flexible hours) there is possibility that this may expand to a full time position.
You need to have a CV that shows longevity and loyalty, as well as a spark and flare that will excite a new employer.
