A successful, fast moving, innovative and growing consultancy company with an impressive portfolio of clients is seeking an experienced EA and Office Co-ordinator to join their small but dynamic team. You must have had at least 3 years EA experience, be competent in using a MAC, Key Note and Powerpoint and have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach. Based in fantastic buzzy offices in Shoreditch, the role will include diary management in different time zones and acting as a gatekeeper, international travel arrangement, dealing with expenses, organising meetings and workshops, office management, finessing presentations, co-ordinating IT support, distributing communications, assisting with social media and media events, undertaking research, supporting on the HR front, and acting as the first port of call. This role would suit a sparky, driven and creative individual.
