As the full-time Office Manager, you’ll be supporting the growth of our operation in London across many areas including: engaging with guests and interview candidates, planning office events and activities, and making sure that the office is well stocked and equipped for our growing needs. 

  • Reception and Front of House: Greeting visitors while providing excellent customer service, shipping and receiving, checking office voicemail and responding accordingly
  • Facilities Site Lead: Space planning; leading office moves, security and access; maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of the office
  • Purchasing: Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease; managing inventory of supplies and equipment for existing employees and new hires
  • People Operations: Support the HR team with onboarding of new employees, as well as ensuring everything is ready for their first day
  • Administrative Support: Some basic PA duties to the founders; diary management; meeting room management; organising travel; providing support for office expenses and reimbursements
  • Team & Culture: Plan, organise and set up events, celebrations and happy hours; order and distribute swag
  • Implement processes that help everyone in the office maximise their efficiency 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A friendly, warm personality with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and get things done with minimal oversight
  • Ability and willingness to juggle many simultaneous responsibilities
  • Previous experience in office management preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, in particular), G-suite and comfortable with technology generally
  • Ability to work flexible work week hours and weekends (as needed) for major projects
