French-Speaking Travelling Private PA - HNWI

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a French & English Speaking Private Personal Assistant to take on a travelling role for an exceptionally well respected French Television Producer and HNWI. Based between his estate in the south of France, his office and property in Paris, and his house in Italy, this travelling role requires a highly talented PA who is at the top of their game and can provide first class support to an exceptionally busy Principal.

A true right hand, you will assist with every aspect of the Principal’s private life, as well as some business affairs, and will travel with him to his various properties in France and Italy, as well as business trips internationally. Managing his complex diary and inbox, scheduling his travel, accompanying him to meetings, managing his property portfolio and household staff (including hiring), you will be an absolute all-rounder, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that all matters are dealt with professionally and efficiently.

The ideal candidate profile:

• Have prior experience supporting an HNWI in a Private PA role
• Be happy to be continuously travelling
• Fluent in French & English (both written and spoken)
• Italian would be a bonus but is not essential
• Professional, yet personable and have excellent communication skills
• Organised and efficient
• Be proactive and self-motivated
• A natural problem solver who can turn their hand to any task
• Articulate, well presented and ambassador for the Principal at all time
• Have excellent checkable references
