Patient Care Coordinator- Top private clinic

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned and high profile private clinic based on Harley Street.

They are a fantastic team of people and organise lots of social activities on a monthly basis. There is also no hierarchy in the team so it is a lovely place to work for. They are often in the press/media and patients come from around the world. 

They are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator which is very similar to an Account Manager role. You will be liaising and building relationships with new patients in order to reach specific targets, meeting them at their initial consultation and guiding them through their first visits etc. You will also manage appointments, update records, and assist the team with admin duties.

You will have to fulfil a few targets each month and there is a great commission structure!

They are looking for someone friendly, bubbly and with 5 years' customer service/account management experience. Degree ideal.

£26,000 + commission!
