Are you a skilled Receptionist who is ready to take the next step in their career? KMK are extremely excited to be working a Leading Global Financial provider who are seeking a Receptionist to join their collaborative team.

This role is extremely varied and busy, working with one other receptionist, you will be responsible for general reception duties including meeting and greeting guests, managing the reception area/ meeting rooms, operating the switchboard, and general administrative duties. So it is important you are energetic, approachable, and perceptive with excellent time management skills.

You must enjoy working in a fast paced, environment, executing a variety of tasks while delivering the highest quality reception service. This receptionist role provides a fundamental platform between both internal employees and external clients, face to face, over the phone and via email, so excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation is vital.
