As a FOH Coordinator you are essential for the firm’s image so how you present yourself is crucial in all respects. The duties of this role are endless, ranging from generic office tasks, such as greeting guests and email/ telephone enquiries, booking catering and admin duties to more exciting projects, such as managing studio presentation and assisting the CEO’s EA when required. Along with having great communication and customer service skills you must be super organised and be able to think on your feet to succeed in this fast paced environment!
