I am so excited to be partnering with a global design agency in the hunt for the most amazing Studio Manager in London. Based in amazing offices in the heart of London, your role as Studio Manager will be pivotal to making the business run smoothly and will be the beating heart of the agency!
I am searching for a really brilliant character who loves nothing more than bringing people together – whether it be Friday drinks or organising a sports day, this agency needs someone who can come up with amazing initiatives and engaging activities to help keep the team happy, content and able to do their jobs well. As Studio Manager, your role will involve managing a junior and running the FOH area as well as running events, keeping the office in tip top shape and generally being a point person in the office.
This role will allow you to bring a vision, be adventurous and make an impact to the company. The successful candidate will ensure the studio space embeds the companies’ vision and values creating a ‘wow’ factor for every person who walks through the door! You will have the opportunity to take full ownership in this role and should feel comfortable coming up with new and innovative ways to make the office run more smoothly! This agency has just moved to new offices, so there will be so much room to really make your mark and put your personal stamp on it!
If you have a great, ‘can do’ attitude and can bring a positive enthusiastic and self-starting approach to a brand new and exciting role then this could be the perfect role. To be considered, you must have 2 years+ relevant Studio/ Office Management experience from within a creative agency and you must be suited to a really creative environment. You will be fun, friendly, personable and ready to take on a new challenge!
