Saturday – Tuesday 00:00 – 08.30 (30 hours per week)

£25 per hour

An exciting opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading law firms based in the City of London has arisen. Our client is looking to recruit a Document Production Operator on a 2-3 month contract working Saturday to Tuesday from 00:00 to 08.30 on a 3 month fixed term contract.

This role involves providing hands-on and professional support across the firm which includes, amending large and complex documents, producing comparison documentation, preparation of diagrams, preparation of slides, preparation of spreadsheets and other ad hoc requests as required. Reliability and flexibility are key to this role and a 'can do' outlook is essential.

Main responsibilities include:

• To produce high quality complex legal documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal clients and their teams
• Liaising with support departments to resolve problems on lawyers' behalf and taking ownership of the issue
• In the required format, promptly logging tasks undertaken onto appropriate system
• Managing production of large documents during the negotiation of a transaction and then coordinating changes made to those documents
• Taking ownership of queries/requests ensuring the caller receives a satisfactory response

Key Skills include:

• Previous Legal Document Production experience
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible
• Accurate with a strong eye for detail
• Team Player
