My client, an award winning law firm are seeking a DP Specialist to work the hours of 10:30am - 6:30pm.

The primary duties will be to provide Document Production support to the firm. Working hours 10:30am - 6:30pm.

*Answer/route incoming calls.
*Schedule and coordinate all conference room activities and functions.
*Assist with special projects.
*Producing and amending legal documents.
*Creating and updating templates and house styles.
*Proof-reading and checking documents to ensure they are correct.
*Time Entry and digital dictation.
*Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
