The Role:
Knight Frank is the leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 330 offices. Our Knightsbridge office is looking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to assist in all aspects of promoting the image of the office: responsible for managing the marketing, branding and PR for the office, business generation activities and database management. The successful applicant will be in a Front of House role in greeting clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional way, i.e helping with coats, offering refreshments etc as well as answering phones promptly in a polite clear manner so enquiries are dealt with efficiently and put through to the appropriate individual.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are ideally looking for someone who has a strong administration / secretarial background, who is extremely organised and has excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Ideally we are looking for someone who has 1+ years’ experience in a similar position.
