HR Adviser - City - 6 month FTC - £150 per day

LMA Recruitment are working alongside a fantastic city based management consultancy who are looking to hire a HR People Advisor. You will need to have superb communication skills and be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will have knowledge or experience within HR, it will further benefit if the candidate has a HR qualification. You will be able to demonstrate relevant skills in order to provide seamless and efficient support.

The main job duties include:

• Collaborate with other HR People Advisors to share knowledge and best practice
• Advise and guide business leads on a range of issues including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working arrangements, benefits and reward.
• Drive the implementation of people programs and initiatives
• Assess skill gaps with leadership, execute plans for skill development areas
• Educate and advise leadership on HR policy, to ensure compliance.
• Manage the termination process by coordinating discussions, ensuring appropriate documentation and elevating and/or addressing any resulting issues.
