Great opportunity to join this fast paced and exciting company based in the heart of the City. This role supports a PA and EA who in turn are responsible for supporting Senior Management. The role offers variety, the opportunity to learn and work with some great people in a highly renowned company.

This role would suit a second jobber, with strong communication and organisational skills. Someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn, can pick things up quickly, take direction and use their initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests/clients in a professional manner
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior level including clients and their PAs
  • Field calls and deal with enquiries that come in, in the first instance – directing as necessary
  • Book meeting rooms/check daily that the meeting rooms are in a presentable order
  • Arrange conference calls
  • Collate and prepare documents ahead of meetings
  • Assist with organising small events / dinners within the teams
  • General administration involving all Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work, according to deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communications, a flexible approach and willingness to take on additional duties
