EA to CFO

Personal Assistant to CFO at a retail cosmetics company based in West London.

Your new company
A leading global retail cosmetics company are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CFO. You will be based in their head offices in West London. They are a leaders in their field and offer an amazing working environment.

Your new role
You will be supporting the Chief Fiance Officer who runs a number of finance teams globally, so flexibility on working hours are essential. You will be carrying out the usual PA duties, including diary management, travel, visas, agendas, presentations and travel itineraries. You may also have to travel to board meetings cross Europe on a couple of occasions. They CFO can be very demanding and has high attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for a highly organised and flexible PA. You will ideally have supports a CFO or someone at C-suite level. It is the type of position where you will always need to be in the office with the CFO so flexibility for start and finish times is a must. You will need to have experience creating presentations and be extremely comfortable on power point and excel.
