Due to company growth, this organisation is on the lookout for a Team Administrator to join their team. Be part of an incredible planning design and management company that is all about being eco-friendly and kind to the surroundings around us.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is an independent planning, impact assessment, landscape design and ecology consultancy with the industry, working across the UK and internationally. With a track record of over 50 years and a team of over 125 skilled professionals, they bring a passion for the environment and a determination to achieve sustainable development on behalf of their clients.

What does the role consist of?

You will be responsible for:

• Managing document control
• General administrative and secretarial support and assistance for technical staff teams
• Developing new/efficient systems and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
• Secondary reception cover
• Contributing to local housekeeping and Health and Safety

About you?

You should have high attention to detail and be confident. This is an entry level role however some administrative experience and great communication skills are vital to succeed in this role. You need to be able to work to strict deadlines and be able to deal with people at all levels within the business.
