Account Manager
With an ever-expanding number of apprentices out on work placements with clients all year round, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to successfully manage client relationships on a full time basis. This is a permanent role where you can use your extensive knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and Frameworks to support client and students alike.

What will you be doing?
As a key part of the commercial department, your role as an Account Manager will be to form strong relationships to ensure all client requirements for various programmes are met. You'll get the chance to arrange and attend client review meetings, run inductions and course according to the needs of the clients and ensure that you deliver a top class service. Project managing new clients as closely working in a consultative manner with them is a key part of the job. You'll negotiate and set up achievable service level agreement and liaise with all internal departments to ensure that the end to end programme logistics run smoothly.
About you?
- Prior working knowledge and understanding of the education sector would be highly desirable
- This role requires strong relationship building and maintaining empathy with clients and students
- You should be commercially aware and have the ability to understand clients business needs and their requirements
- Experience of working to KPIs and SLAs in a commercial environment means that you will understand the demands of the job
- Experience of working with a wide variety of clients from various business sectors and industries
