The Company
With offices based in London and New York, Concierge offers lifestyle management services to fewer than one hundred very special families worldwide. The services offered to their members are very broad in scope but include the following; cultural recommendations and ticket sourcing, restaurant reservations, day to day errand support, holiday organisation, household recruitment, event organisation, relocation support and property management.
The Role
The Lifestyle Manager’s role is to ensure that their clients receive a consistently exemplary service by executing all their day-to-day client requests excellently. The Lifestyle Manager works as part of a team, with a Client Director above them and Junior Lifestyle Managers below. The Lifestyle Manager's role is to support the Client Director, by taking on a significant amount of the client request workload, and to work alongside their Junior Lifestyle Managers; assisting with their training, prioritisation and management of requests. In the absence of the Client Director a Senior Lifestyle Manager will take on the role of team leader.

- A Bachelor’s Degree, 2:1 and above
- At least 3 years relevant office experience in a similar field
- Some management and training experience
- Second language a plus; French, Spanish, Mandarin
