Our client produces some of the most well-known shows on television. When they’re not hard at work making return series, they are developing the next generation of hits in their busy London office. They’re growing fast with lots of new projects starting soon in the U.K. and beyond, so they are now looking for an Executive Assistant to help support the Managing Director, Director of Production and the rest of the Senior Team on a contract for six months, with a view to a permament contract at the end.
ROLE
This is an exciting and varied role at the heart of the company. There are the standard day-to-day diary management and admin tasks, but also looking for someone to run their office effectively. From organising social events for the team, to making sure the office looks the part, it’s a chance to bed in and enjoy getting to know what they do. You’ll be close to the productions themselves and ready and willing to lend a hand when it gets busy.
ABOUT YOU
They’re looking for someone who’s ambitious, organised and sociable with killer attention to detail. You’ll be looking forward to busy days working across multiple projects, but also be one step ahead, making sure they’re ready for what’s coming down the line. You’ll be happy to take on responsibility for important client-facing tasks and enjoy being at the heart of everything they do. You’ll need to be proactive and unafraid to use your initiative.
You’ll have over one years' previous experience in the TV industry, with experience of the international TV market being a real bonus. You’ll be as happy dealing with their international teams, as you will be working with their teams in London.
Finally, you’ve got to be passionate, out-going and love their sort of TV!
