An award winning international law firm is looking to a hire a new Workflow Coordinator/Document Specialist to join the growing London Office on a permanent basis for the hours of 8:00AM – 4:00PM.  This role is to manage the flow of work into the team and will ensure that tasks actioned promptly and allocated to the correct point of delivery for service. Duties will include understanding priorities, potential issues, sensitivities and key client stakeholders and practically apply this knowledge to internal clients and stakeholders, acting as the key liaison point between internal clients and the Hub/SSD teams and take full responsibility for handling incoming queries/issues, assessing priorities and follow up requests and actions where required, whilst managing clients expectations, providing effective management of the workflow software and provide advice and guidance in relation to triage of tasks and management of deadlines when necessary, acting as an ambassador and use influencing skills to encourage internal clients and stakeholders to utilise the service available. Excellent technical and communication skills are essential and previous Workflow Coordination experience would be beneficial, the core hours for this role are 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
