HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a fabulous creative advertising agency in central London. You will need to be interested in how creative agencies operate, and be keen to take your career forward in a fast paced but supportive environment. A great opportunity to expand your experience and skill set. 

Job Duties:

• Lead on Maternity/Paternity/Shared Parental leave consultations
• Advisor on flexible working applications
• Assist Head of HR and managers with monthly HR reports
• Oversee the training and development programme and sessions
• Mentor and develop those more junior in the team
• Annual reviews and training for managers
• Co-ordination of new joiners inductions
• Keeping on top of new legislation's and advising accordingly

Skills and Attributes

• A passion for HR within the creative field
• Confident with all levels of employees
• Personable, approachable and discreet 
• Can do attitude
• Previous experience as an HR assistant or junior HR Advisor
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Quick to learn new systems
• Working towards a CIPD qualification
