Our client, a boutique private investment firm based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced PA.
Joining a small but very busy team of 7, you are the sole support in what is a very varied and involved role.
Responsible for roadshow coordination and senior support to the managing partner as well as overseeing the office and adhoc support to the wider team, this is an exciting opportunity and is well suited to a confident and super organised individual.
The ideal candidate will have proven senior support experience ideally gained within a financial services environment. With roadshow coordination being a large part of the role (up to 50%) experience in this area is also highly beneficial.
It is important that the chosen candidate is a self-starter who is hands on and flexible in their approach. You must enjoy working autonomously, be proactive and be at your best in a hands on, fast paced position.
This is a key role which is truly integral to the success of the business.
