A fantastic Asset Management company in Central London is urgently looking for a Spanish speaking Personal Assistant. This is a newly created role (lots of scope to progress and develop and make the role your own) and as such they are offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to going permanent.
 
The role will be to support 2 senior level EA’s within the CEO & CHRO’s Office.  Looking for someone ambitious who ideally will go permanent after 6 months and progress in the role as time goes on and the role grows. This is a fast paced, corporate environment so must have experience dealing with senior executives. Looking for someone confident who enjoys responsibility and accountability.
 
Must have at least 2 years’ experience ideally working within financial services or asset management but will also consider professional services.
 
Conversational or a good understanding of Spanish would be ideal but at this stage is not essential.
 
Key PA duties:

  • Diary management
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests;
  • Meeting and greeting external and internal visitors, providing refreshments as required; 
  • Organise travel, accommodation and transfers for meetings and conferences, providing supporting information where appropriate; 
  • Producing  and printing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Organising meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
  • Processing of expenses;

 
Essential skills:
 

  • Fluent English/Spanish speaker;
  • Exposure to working with highly confidential information;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and reliability;
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, able to work on your own initiative, and able to work under pressure and to deadlines;
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills;
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
