Your role

You will be assisting a dynamic team where communication is vital. You will be juggling multiple meetings and dealing with conflicting priorities. For team support, you will be providing help where needed. This could be anything from travel, expenses and diary management, to formatting and drafting correspondence. This is a really fast-paced environment that would suit someone who has come from a professional services background. Your previous experience will help you to excel in your role. Strong attention to detail with solid Microsoft Office skills is required to keep this team going.

• Support to all Executives
• Manage CRM
• Travel arrangements
• Event coordination
• Internal communications
• Document formatting
• Document preparation

• Previous experience as a Team Assistant
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• High attention to detail
• Tech-savvy
• Proactive approach
