Your role

Be the best Executive Assistant you can be! With excellent attention to detail and your exceptional organisational skills, you will never miss a beat keeping this Director to schedule. Be this Directors right hand in every aspect of their working life, making sure those important meetings with clients and stakeholders are planned and keeping their complex diary in check! With your 'no job is too big or too small' attitude, you will also aid with general the office duties.

Daily activities

• Diary management
• Expenses and billings
• Email and letter correspondence
• Travel management
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Meetings and conferences coordination

Your skills & expertise

• Must have experience in a similar role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Flawless presentation
• Experience with finance or professional services companies
• Superb attention to detail and organisational skills
