Your role

As the right hand to this CEO, your superior organisational skills will keep the complex diary in top shape, ensuring that all agendas are set, minutes are taken and any boardroom meetings are well organised in advance. You will have the best 'can do' attitude that will leave nothing to chance. Collaborate alongside with the team to assist with client management and office coordination.

Daily activities

• Complex diary management
• International travel management
• Email correspondence and coordination
• Assist with office management
• Minute taking and agendas

Your skills & expertise

• Prior experience supporting a CEO
• Immaculate presentation
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational skills
• 'Can do' attitude is a must!
