Appraisal Administration Coordinator - Insurance - 23,500 - City of London - 26886

An Insurance firm based in the City are recruiting for an Appraisal Administration Co-ordinator based in the City of London. The key responsibilities include navigation of the IT systems, liaising with clients and underwriters daily, organising and controlling appointments within appraiser's diaries and distributing work as required. Time management and focus is essential to ensure that each appraisal is completed within dedicated authority limits and necessary skill sets. Providing support to ensure that each finished report is produced in a timely manner and escalated to the underwriter for dispatch.

Duties

  • Providing the most effective appointment making service for the appraisal team throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe
  • Plan and manage appraisers diaries to ensure each member of the appraisal team achieve maximum effectiveness of their team, whilst ensuring their targets are consistently met
  • Propose and confirm all appointments in advance, ensuring all appropriate information is obtained and shared with the appraisal team
  • Promote a favourable image of the company to both internal and external customers
  • Engage in proactive liaison with the appraisers, underwriters and clients on an ongoing basis
  • Gain sufficient knowledge of the product and the appraisal process in order to communicate effectively to the customer when arranging the appointments
  • Update and maintain various filing systems

You will be experienced in customer service, with an excellent telephone manner. Computer literacy is key along with GCSE passes or equivalent.
