A fantastic opportunity for a top calibre Administrator or Team Assistant to join a leading financial consultancy based in their London head office. This role will support the busy marketing function with all of their admin and support needs, including:
- Diary management
- Travel co-ordination
- Producing reports and presentations
- Taking messages
- Updating the CRM database
- Ad hoc administration duties
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong admin and organisational skills, along with strong attention to detail and an upbeat, team focused approach.
You should be educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent and have relevant office admin experience and strong IT skills. An excellent level of written and spoken English is also essential.
