IT Training Lead at Fantastic London Law Firm, £££ Competitive

Our wonderful London Law Firm is currently looking for an IT Training Lead to work very closely with the CIO leading the IT training function and reshaping the way the firm trains. The main duties for this role include the leadership of the two person team, developing training strategy and delivery, including evaluation of a new e-learning platform, being a key member of the IT projects teams, accountable for the planning, preparation, implementation and training on IT projects as directed, delivering tailored training to users in all roles, in classroom and one-to-one environments, based on training needs analysis, liaising with colleagues to identify and analyse training needs, accountable for weekly IT Quick Tips for the firms weekly newsletter, attending user group forums. Candidates should have excellent leadership and communication skills as well as previous experience IT Training within a law firm environment. The core hours for this role are 9:30am – 5:30pm and the salary is very competitive.
