Receptionist/Accounts Asst in TV Production

This is a great opportunity for a bright, outgoing and detail orientated candidate to gain experience in finance, and reception in a leading TV Production company.  

You will spend half of each day working with the Accountant to process invoices, payments and deal with the accounts.  Using Excel and an accountancy package full training will be provided for someone with some admin experience who can demonstrate their numeracy.

The other half of the day will be spent on the very busy reception.  Meeting visitors, answering calls, co-ordinating the runners and booking meeting rooms and couriers.

This fabulous opportunity may suit a graduate (or equivalent) looking to gain further experience while where they decide on their career options.  An interest in TV or Finance would obviously be an advantage.  Alternatively it could be someone with some experience in either area who enjoys variety.
