The role will require support to a inspirational MD and the wider team within a well known and highly regarding insurance firm in the City. Complex diary management, booking global travel, inbox management and arranging both client and internal events are all key tasks within this busy, fast paced role.  The key requirement of this role is to deliver and coordinate high level support for a fast paced and profitable area of the business

Skills and experience required:

• Demonstrable PA experience in an Insurance environment
• Outstanding time management skills and ability to multi-task
• The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
